Canceling your Pledge:
Pledge amounts can be changed or canceled any time prior to your credit card being charged.
To cancel your pledge, follow the instructions below:
1. Sign in to your PLEDGE IT account and click on your team's fundraising campaign
2. Click on Manage Pledge
3. Click on Cancel Pledge (located toward the top right of your screen)

Charge for your Donations:
For performance pledges (pledge per touchdown), your credit card will be charged once at the end of the Touchdowns Against Cancer program.
You will receive an invoice via email 48 hours prior to your card being charged, which summarizes the touchdowns scored by your team and your total donation amount.
For one-time flat donations, your credit card will be charged immediately upon your payment confirmation.
You will receive a receipt for your donation. Receipts are emailed immediately after your credit card is charged. If you are unable to find your email receipt, contact PLEDGE IT customer support at [email protected] or (888) 847-9854.
Campaign doesn't reach it's goal:
You will never be penalized for not reaching your fundraising goal. No. St. Jude will receive the money you raise during your fundraising campaign, regardless if you hit your teams fundraising goal.
Yes. Your charitable donation to St. Jude is tax-deductible. Your donation receipt will include the I.R.S required information to file your donation as tax-deductible. You should consult your financial planner or tax adviser to determine the exact tax advantages of any gift you are considering.
