All-Star Scorer

There is currently an All-Star Scorer listed for a team; however, that scorer is no longer participating as they were in previous years. Since the person is no longer actively contributing and does not log in to relinquish games, anyone wanting to help provide updates has to wait until the middle of the first quarter or into the second quarter before we are able to start tracking scores.

Is there a way to have an All-Star removed so other approved scorers who are actively attending games have a chance to sign-up to track scores? This will become increasingly important during Playoff games.

    Hi Steven,

    For any teams with inactive All-Star Scorers, reaching out to our Support Team is currently the only way to have them removed. I can get the scorer for your team removed to enable the opportunity for others to sign up. 

    If you send me and email (ahendricks@maxpreps.com) with the school and sport, I can have the All-Star Scorer removed for you!

    Scorer is still pre-signed up for every game, even weeks after sending the information as requested.

    I was able to sign up for one game - and received email confirmation - yet the inactive member has defaulted to the Scorer yet again.
