Yes. MaxPreps is the Official Statistician and Digital Media Provider of the University Interscholastic League (UIL), and the Official Source of Scores and Stats of the Texas High School Coaches Association (THSCA).
MaxPreps has been a partner of the UIL since 2013.
What MaxPreps powers
MaxPreps provides state-championship brackets and school and score widgets on UILTEXAS.org.
For coaches
Coaches are required to enter scores in MaxPreps for postseason games, and the UIL encourages it during the regular season. All playoff teams must also have complete schedules (with scores), rosters and a team photo on MaxPreps. The THSCA also states that coaches must update regular-season scores and game statistics after each contest.
