Want to keep tabs on your favorite high school athletes?
Follow an athlete to get quick access to their profile, stats and videos. You need to be signed in to a MaxPreps account to follow an athlete.
Following an athlete in the MaxPreps app
- In the MaxPreps app, tap the magnifying glass in the top right corner.
- Tap the Athletes tab on the right-hand side.
- Select the sport the athlete plays.
- Type the athlete's full name, then tap Search.
- Tap the athlete's name in the results.
- On the athlete's profile page, tap the star icon in the top right corner and confirm that you want to follow this athlete.
You can now open the athlete's profile, stats and videos from the Following tab.
Following an athlete on desktop
- On MaxPreps, select the magnifying glass in the top right corner.
- Type the athlete's name and press Enter.
- On the results page, select the Athletes tab.
- Select the athlete to open their profile page.
- Select Follow, under their name.
You can now open the athlete's profile, stats and videos from the fly-out menu.
