How to Correct Live-Scoring Errors:
We have two options you can follow on how to make your scoring edits while scoring live.
Made a mistake?
From the scoring interface, you have the option to remove the last play in case you make a mistake.
1. On the Game In Progress screen, you will select the blue wrench icon to remove the last play.
That's it. Your score correction will be made and reflected in the scoring log.
How to make a Game Status Update
Report delayed games, postponed games, or forfeit games.
Learn how to report the correct game status for your game.
1. From the Game In Progress - home screen page, select the gear icon. This will bring you to the settings page. From here, select the 'Game Status' option.
2. On the Game Status section you'll have two options to select:
- Game is Delayed
- Game Postponed
- Game was Forfeited
You'll give a reasoning and some other game info that's required. Once that is done, you're all set and the fan will be updated with the game status you provided.
