Having issues with your stats not saving on MaxPreps? First, please check out our Computer & Browser Compatibility article to ensure you are using a web browser that it current and compatible with MaxPreps.

If your computer and browser are fully compatible, your stats may not be saving because:

  • If you are on campus, there may be a firewall blocking stats from being saved on MaxPreps. Contact your IT department to unblock MaxPreps. 
  • Your browser may need an update. Check for any updates in your browser's settings.

Try these workarounds to see if your stats will save:

  • Enter in your stats with our Teams by MaxPreps app
  • Try entering the stats on either Chrome or Firefox (Highly recommend using these browsers).
