Don't see a roster or schedule for your team?
You can still contribute to your team by submitting this information to our support staff to have entered in for you!
To submit a full roster, follow the steps below:
- Download the template for roster submissions here.
- Once the download is complete, open the file.
- Enter each athlete's information. The only required information is jersey number, first name, last name, and class year. The other fields may be left blank. Below is an example of how this should look.
- Once you have completed entering in the roster, select File in the top left corner.
- Select Save As, rename the file with your school name, state, sport level, gender, and sport (eg. KennedyOHVarsityGirlsSoftball), and save the file as a CSV.
- Head to our Roster Submission Form here, attach the CSV file you just saved, and enter in the other requested information.

- Download the template for schedule submissions here.
- Once the download is complete, open the file.
- Enter each game's information. Below is an example of how this should look.
- Once you have completed entering in the roster, select File in the top left corner.
- Select Save As, rename the file with your school name, state, sport level, gender, and sport (eg. KennedyOHVarsityGirlsSoftball), and save the file as a CSV.
- Head to our Schedule Submission Form here, attach the CSV file you just saved, and enter in the other requested information.
