Coaches are now able to designate users as Team Volunteers to enter in team information on MaxPreps!
Trying to juggle managing MaxPreps between everything being a coach entails can be tough. With team volunteers, you can let your team's biggest fans or parents enter information on MaxPreps for you!
How Team Volunteers Work
Fans, parents, media members, etc. can send a Team Volunteer request to a coach via the public team pages. When a user submits a request, it is sent to the Head Coach's email who will be given the option to approve or deny the request.
When a Team Volunteer request is approved, the submitter will be granted access into the Team Admin with the role of Statistician.
Team Volunteers can enter & edit the roster, schedule, scores, and stats just as any other user with Team Admin access has.
If a coach mistakenly approves a request, they can always remove any users who have access into the admin.

When a Team Volunteer request is denied, the volunteer will not be granted access at any level into the Team Admin.
Denied Team Volunteers cannot enter & edit the roster, schedule, scores, and stats.
A user can submit multiple requests for access. Coaches can reject the requests as much as they like or select the option to not allow Team Volunteer Requests moving forward. This will disallow any users from submitting a Team Volunteer request for the remainder of the team's season.
