Having trouble claiming an athlete profile?
MaxPreps has put more security policies in place for claiming athlete profiles. Accounts now have limits on how many profiles they can link, and on the website, you may be asked to verify your phone by entering a code texted to you.
Include the following in your request:
- The URL to the player profile page you are attempting to claim.
- The email address you signed up for MaxPreps with.
- If you're a parent or guardian, your relationship to the athlete.
If you receive an error while claiming a profile or are unable to verify your account, please submit a request to our support team.
