Managing a schedule on MaxPreps has never been easier!
As a coach, you can enter your schedules through your coach admin account.
Things to Note When Scheduling Games & Events
If you are struggling in finding the correct opponent, don't worry. The MaxPreps school naming system can be tricky sometimes. Follow the examples below.
- George Washington may be listed as just Washington High School
- Hollywood West may be listed as just West High School in Hollywood
If a school isn't listed on MaxPreps, you can schedule the opponent against a placeholder team. Search these teams and select the corresponding placeholder:
Varsity Opponent - Non-Varsity Opponent - Non-Varsity Tournament Opponent
Enter your Schedule:
Go to MaxPreps.com and sign into your MaxPreps account.
- Log in to your Coach Admin via the Profile icon in the top right corner.

Select Schedule from the navigation bar.

To begin scheduling games, press the + Add button.

Fill out the game information (date, time, location, game type).
- If you are adding multiple games, select Save & Add Another. If you're only adding one game, select Save.
The information will be reflected on the team page within 15-30 min.
If scrimmages, incorrect opponents, or even duplicate games on your team's schedule, you can remove those games. If stats are entered in, you won't be able to remove those incorrect games. In that case, please give the support team a call.
Removing a Game from the Schedule:
Go to MaxPreps.com and sign into your MaxPreps account.

Log in to your Coach Admin via the Profile icon in the top right corner.

Select Schedule from the navigation bar.

Click the check box on the left-hand side for each game you would like to remove.

Select Delete and confirm the deletion of the games.
Please Note: Games with stats entered and games tied to playoff brackets will not be able to be deleted. If you need assistance with these games, please reach out to our support team.
The information will be updated on the team page within 15-30 min.
Scheduling Meet-Based Sports:
Scheduling games for meet-based sports is almost the same as regular sports. First, go to MaxPreps.com and sign into your MaxPreps account.
- Log in to your Coach Admin via the Profile icon in the top right corner.
- Select Schedule from the navigation bar.
- To begin scheduling meets, select Schedule a Meet.
- You will have to options to select from, Dual Meet or Multi-Team (invitational).
- From there you will then select, Continue.
The information will be reflected on the team page within 15-30 min.
When scheduling as a Multi-Team, you are adding your team into an invitational that includes more than one team participating in that event. Go to MaxPreps.com and sign into your MaxPreps account. Once inside your Coach Admin account:
- Log in to your Coach Admin via the Profile icon in the top right corner.
- Select Schedule from the navigation bar.
- Select, Multi-Team (invitational) and select Continue.
- Existing Meets will populate for you. Find your meet and select, +Add Team.
- The Meet information will populate. If any teams are missing from the meet, feel free to add them. To save, select Save & Exit.
- If the meet is missing, scroll down to the bottom and select, Create a New Meet.
- Fill out the meet information. Type in the name of the school, select the correct school from the box and select, Add Team. Once you have added all the teams into the meet select, Save & Exit.
The information will reflect on the team page within 15-30 min.
