Schedule Management for Team Admins

Looking to make updates or corrections to your team's schedule?

Adding a Game
In Your Team Admin:
  1. Click on the Schedule tab on your Navigation Bar.
  2. In the Manage Schedule section, click the +ADD button.
  3. Fill in the requested information. If you are only adding a single game, hit, "Save." If you are adding multiple games to your schedule, select, "Save & Add Another."

Once you have saved the games, you are all set! The games will appear on the admin side immediately, but can take 15-30 minutes for them to appear on the public end.

 

Editing a Game
In Your Team Admin:
  1. Click on the Schedule tab on your Navigation Bar.
  2. In the Manage Schedule section, each game will have a pencil icon on the right-hand side. Click the pencil icon.
  3. From the displayed options, select, "Edit Game"
  4. Once you have made your desired edits, you can select, "Save" or "Save & Add Another" if you would like to add another game to your schedule.
That's it! Once you have saved the game, your edits will appear in the admin immediately. It may take 15-30 minutes for the updates to show on the public end.
Deleting a Game
In Your Team Admin:
  1. Click on the Schedule tab on your Navigation Bar.
  2. In the Manage Schedule section, each game will have a pencil icon on the right-hand side. Click the pencil icon.
  3. Select, "Delete a Game" and confirm the deletion.
That's it! Once you confirm the deletion of the game, it will be removed from your schedule. You will see the updates in the admin immediately, but may take 15-30 minutes for them to show on the public end.

Can't Delete a Game?

If you are receiving an error when trying to delete a game from your schedule, it may be due to the other team having entered stats or the game is tied to a playoff bracket. 

In the event of either situation, please reach out to our support staff and we will be able to have the game deleted for you.

Adding a Game
Games missing on MaxPreps can be added to your schedule in a matter of seconds.

From Your Team's Homepage:
  1. Click on the Schedule tab on your Navigation Bar.
  2. On the Schedule page, click the Red + button located in the bottom right section of your screen. Select the option to Add Game.
  3. Fill in the requested information. If you are only adding one athlete, hit Save. Otherwise, select Save & Add Another to continue adding games to your schedule.
That's it! Once you have saved, the games will immediately appear in the admin. It may take 15-30 minutes for the schedule changes to appear on the public end.
Editing a Game
If any game information is incorrect or needs updates, edits can be made to any game in seconds.

From Your Team's Homepage:
  1. Click on the Schedule tab on your Navigation Bar.
  2. On the Schedule page, each game will have a pencil icon on the right-hand side. Click on the Pencil Icon for the game you are looking to edit.
  3. Once you have made your desired edits, select Update to save the information.
That's it! Once you have saved your changes, your edits will appear immediately in the admin. It may take 15-30 minutes for the changes to show on the public end.
Deleting a Game
If a game needs to be deleted from your schedule for any reason, you can do so with just a few clicks of a button.

From Your Team's Homepage:
  1. Click on the Schedule tab on your Navigation Bar.
  2. On the Schedule page, each game will have a pencil icon on the right-hand side. Click the Pencil Icon for the game you are looking to delete.
  3. Select, Delete a Game, and confirm the deletion.
That's it! Once you confirm the deletion of the game, it will be removed from your schedule. You will see the updates in the admin immediately, but may take 15-30 minutes for them to show on the public end.
