Looking to make updates or corrections to your team's roster?
Head Coaches, Athletic Directors, or other approved staff members have the ability to make any changes to a roster in the Team Admin.
Not an Admin for your team?
Fans, parents, media members, etc. are able to submit schedule updates & corrections to our support staff. Head to our Roster Corrections article for instructions.
Roster Management via Desktop
Adding an Athlete
If your roster has not yet been added on MaxPreps, you can add your athletes in a matter of seconds.
In Your Team Admin:

- Click on the Roster tab on your Navigation Bar.
- In the Manage Roster section, click the +ADD button, shown below.
- Fill in the requested information. The only required information is First Name, Last Name, and Grade.
- If you are only adding one athlete, hit, "Save". Otherwise, select, "Save & Add Another" to continue filling out your roster.
That's it! Once you have saved, the athletes will immediately appear in the site.
Editing an Athlete
If any athlete's information is incorrect, edits can be made to any athlete in seconds.

- Click on the Roster tab on your Navigation Bar.
- In the Manage Roster section, under the edit column, click on the pencil icon.
- Once you have made your desired edits, you can select, "Save" or "Save & Add Another" if you would like to add another athlete to the team roster.
Deleting an Athlete
If an athlete needs to be deleted for any reason, you can do so with just a few clicks of a button.

- Click on the Roster tab on your Navigation Bar.
- In the Manage Roster section, under the edit column, click on the pencil icon.
- In the Edit modal select, "Delete".

- Click on the Roster tab on your Navigation Bar.
- On the Roster page, click the Red + button located in the bottom right section of your screen. Select the option to Add Athlete.
- Fill in the requested information. The only required information is First Name, Last Name, and Grade.
- If you are only adding one athlete, hit "Save." Otherwise, select "Save & Add Another" to continue filling out your roster.

- Click on the Roster tab on your Navigation Bar.
- On the Roster page, each athlete will have a blue pencil icon on the right hand side. Click on the Pencil Icon for the athlete you are looking to edit.
- Once you have made your desired edits, select Update to save the information.

If an athlete needs to be deleted from your roster for any reason, you can do so with just a few clicks of a button.

- On the Roster page, each athlete will have a blue pencil icon on the right-hand side. Click the Pencil Icon for the athlete you are looking to delete.
- Select, Delete Player and confirm the deletion.
